   Green Hill Development Limited professionalizes in the development of land and house in Sai Kung. Our company has also cooperated with other private company to develop the villagers' houses. In addition, our company provides services including purchases of land and house and pre-planning the change of use to existing building.
 
   Furthermore, our company has a subsidized company named Sun Power Engineering Limited which provides service of construction works. We also have several professional qualifications and registered licenses from HKSAR.
   
   Sun Power Engineering Limited has experience in construction and interior works over twenty years. We also have registered licenses from the Building Department and the Electrical and Mechanical Department (Registeration Number: MWC(P)654/2010).
